Samuel Z. Shirk

Samuel Z. Shirk of Narvon passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Reading Hospital. He was the infant son of Kenneth N. and Janet S. (Zimmerman) Shirk.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by 10 siblings: Esther Mae, Kevin Z., Lamar Z., Elvin Z., Elaine Z., Galen Z., Elsie Z., Julianne Z., Carolyn Z., and Daryl Z. Shirk; his paternal grandparents, Paul M. Shirk, husband of Esther H. (Nolt) Shirk; and his maternal grandparents, John W. Zimmerman, husband of Emma F. (Sauder) Zimmerman.

Samuel was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Z. Shirk.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Churchtown Mennonite Church Cemetery with Minister Edwin Leimbach officiating. Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill, is in charge of arrangements.
