Sheila Diane Elmer

Sheila D. Elmer, 60, of Lancaster, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024.

Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of Charles K. Elmer of Lehigh Acres, FL and the late Patricia V. Ziemer Elmer.

Sheila was a graduate of Cocalico High School. She had been a clerical worker in the gas Industry in Oklahoma for many years, and a cashier for Turkey Hill prior to her debilitating medical issues.

Surviving besides her father is a brother, Michael S. Elmer of Adamstown; two sisters, Shelly L. wife of Russell Showalter of Fairbanks, AK and Sandy C. wife of Wendell Hershey of Coxs Mills, WV; and a stepbrother, Greg husband of Deb Hammer of Lehigh Acres, FL.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, at 11:00 A.M. at the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment in Center Union Cemetery. East Earl, PA.
