Obituary

Shelba J. (Hollinger) Boley, 85, passed away peacefully to be with our Savior on June 28, 2026 at Zerbe Sisters Retirement Community.

Born in Manheim, she was daughter of the late Benjamin and Ruth (Ginder) Hollinger.

She was the wife of the late Malcolm L. Boley, with whom she shared 51 years of marriage until the time of his passing on September 29, 2025.

She attended Manheim Central High School. In her younger years, she worked at Shasta building campers, the silk mill, then retired from Conestoga Wood.

She always kept busy – repairing things, making picture frames for the craft show. She loved playing cards with friends and family, going out to eat weekly with her friends. Her and Malcolm would always volunteer at the art exhibit during the New Holland Fair. If she didn’t agree with you – she would say “stay in your lane- I know how to drive”.

Shelba is survived by her son, Tony Andes husband of Justine Andes, her daughter, Mandy Sweigart (Boley) wife of John Sweigart Jr., granddaughters, Tiffany Sweigart Mayes wife of Andrew Mayes and Taylor Paige Sweigart partner of Austine Beebe, two great grandsons, Carter and Parker Mayes.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Tabatha Lynn Sweigart.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Groff High Funeral Home, 145 W Main Street, New Holland PA 17557. A Viewing will be held for one hour prior to the service. Interment will be held in Bridgeville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice & Community Care, 4075 Old Harrisburg Pike, Mount Joy, PA 17552.
