Sophie Marie Stauffer

Sophie Marie Stauffer, 2 ½ year old daughter of Kelby J. and Amy M. (Brill) Stauffer of 842 Narvon Road, Narvon, died Monday, June 11, 2012 at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia after a hard-fought battle with brain cancer.

Sophie enjoyed her animals, her brother, and music. She was outgoing, very caring, and loving to all, touching the lives of the staff at the Children’s Hospital and all around her.

Surviving in addition to her parents is a brother, Jordan K. Stauffer; maternal grandparents, John and Kristin Brill of Narvon; maternal great grandmother, Doris Broome of Denver; and paternal grandparents, Melvin and Sandra Weise of Denver.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 19 at 10 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 221 E. Main St., New Holland, with the Reverend Timothy Heitz and the Reverend David Klepper officiating. Interment will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Monday from 6-9 pm and on Tuesday from 9-10 am at the Church. Kindly omit flowers.
