Sylvan Ray Zook

Sylvan R. Zook, 73, of Narvon, died Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late John B. and Sadie Esh Zook.

Sylvan was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. He retired from Brubacher Excavating.

Surviving are three brothers, Daniel E. husband of Nancy Mae Zook of Narvon, Amos J. husband of Lydia Zook of Lewisburg, and Wilmer E. husband of Esther Zook of Virginia; two sisters, Barbara Ann Getz and Rachel Joy wife of Emanuel K. Lapp of Narvon. He was preceded in death by a sister, Miriam Diane Zook.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, November 24, at 10:00 A.M. at the Benuel Zook residence, 326 Hammertown Road, Narvon, PA. Interment in the Mast Cemetery. A viewing will be held at the same address from the time of the obituary notice until the time of the funeral. Arrangements by the Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill, PA
