Terry L. Weaver

Terry L. Weaver, 65, of Denver, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center. He was the loving husband of Catherine E. (Lupold) Weaver, who preceded him in death in 2011.

Born in Ephrata, he was a son of the late Marvin and Rosalie (Griffith) Weaver.

Terry was a US Marine who proudly served two tours during the Vietnam War. He later worked as a foreman at Terre Hill Concrete Company. Terry was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed many trips to Pittsburgh to cheer for his team. Go Steelers! In April 2014 Terry took the trip of a lifetime to Hawaii to visit his brother. Another love of his was music and going to concerts. His last concert was on June 6, 2016 where he got to sit front row center stage at a Jackson Browne concert.

Terry is survived by his son, Jesse A. Weaver, husband of Beth, of Denver; 2 grandsons: Brendan and Bryce Weaver; a girlfriend, Phoebe Lafleche, of Denver; brothers: Robin Weaver, Dave Bryan, Jeff Bryan, Kevin Bryan, Ernest Bryan, Tim Bryan, and Shawn Bryan; sisters: Paula Stauffer, Mary Hoffa, and Brenda Weaver and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a sister, Vicky Lupold, and a grandson, Jordan Weaver.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 5-7 PM at Eckenroth Home for Funerals, 209 E. Main St., Terre Hill PA 17581. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 10 AM at Weaverland Mennonite Church Cemetery, 210 Weaverland Rd., East Earl, PA 17519, with Pastor Joel Hertzog officiating.
