Terry Lee Laukhuff

Terry Lee Laukhuff, 66, of Leola, died Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center after a lengthy battle with COPD.

Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Marvin R. and Dorothy J. (Witwer) Laukhuff.

Terry retired in 2012 as a truck driver. He served in the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam Era and was a member of the New Holland American Legion. He was also one of the first graduates of the Lancaster Veterans Court in Lancaster and was an avid motorcyclist and car enthusiast.

Surviving is a sister, Linda L. Weaver of New Holland; a nephew, Michael D. Weaver; a great nephew, Michael D. Weaver, Jr.; three half-sisters, Darlene Petersheim, Jackie Harsh, and Joan Fisher;

and life brothers Bruce Yarnell of Lancaster and the late Jim Burkholder of Leola.

Private services, and interment at the Bridgeville Cemetery, will be conducted at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Lebanon VA Hospice Unit, 1700 S.
