Toby Clay Nissley, son of John David and Lynell K. Nolt Nissley of Ephrata, passed away shortly after birth on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

Surviving besides his parents are siblings, Hailey Grace Nissley, Liam Alexander Nissley, and Lexi Jo Nissley; paternal grandmother, Anna Marie Nissley, paternal grandfather, John Nissley, maternal grandfather, Paul Nolt, and paternal great grandmother, Matilda Smith. He was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother, Almeda Nolt.

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Blue Ball Mennonite Church, 143 Ewell Road, Blue Ball, PA with Bishop Michael Zimmerman and Pastor Stephen Horst officiating. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
