Troy A. Boyer

Troy A. Boyer, 37, of Ephrata, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2017 at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. He was the loving husband of Ashley S. (McComsey) Boyer, with whom he shared over 6 years of marriage.

Born in Ephrata, Troy was a son of Stanley and Arlene (Morgan) Boyer of Ephrata.

Troy worked as a truck driver. Throughout his lifetime, he also worked for carnivals, both locally as well as nationwide. In his spare time he enjoyed working on cars (especially Volkswagens) and spending time with friends and family.

In addition to his wife and his parents, Troy is survived by 5 children: Kaytlyn Boyer of Georgia, Jerica Boyer, Ayden Boyer, Brianna Boyer, and Lincoln Boyer; 4 siblings: Gary Boyer, husband of Teresa, of Denver, PA, Vicki Gindlesperger, wife of Justin, of Oregon, Sherry Boyer of Ephrata, and Pam Simmons, wife of Jimmy, of Denver; and his mother-in-law Connie McComsey.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Cocalico Community Church, 1200 W. Swartzville Rd., Reinholds PA 17569 with Pastor Jon Miklas officiating. Arrangements by Eckenroth Home for Funerals, Terre Hill.
