Troy T. Mays

Troy T. Mays, Jr., 64, of Honey Brook, passed away after a short illness on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Reading Hospital. He was married to Susan M. (Bortz) Mays.

Born in Reading, PA, he was a son of the late Troy Thomas Mays, Sr. and Darlene Lush.

Troy worked as a truck driver for over 15 years. Troy loved animals (especially his chickens) and enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Troy is survived by his children; Jesse Shober, husband of Cassandra, of Macclenny, FL, Troy Rolinski, husband of Tanya, of Lititz, Brandon Fasig, husband of Jasmine Zuluaga-Fasig, of Reading, Nicholas Kline, husband of Ashley, of Honey Brook, and Chyenne Kline of New Holland; two brothers, Terry and Teral Mays; a sister, Diane Keim; 7 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Morgantown Community Church, 4221 Main St, Elverson, PA 19520, with Pastor Bill Wright officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Church. Arrangements are with Groff-High Funeral Home, New Holland.
