Wendy S. Mylin

Wendy S. Mylin, 56, of Middletown, died unexpectedly at her home on April 19, 2024.

Born in Ephrata, she was the daughter of Richard E. and Julia (Hornberger) Wealand of Ephrata.

Currently she was employed as a cashier with Giant but spent many years as a CNA at Luther Acres and served as an Active Firefighter with Lincoln Fire Co. for 8 years.

Wendy cherished her family, had a passion for gardening, and adored her dog, Mya.

Surviving in addition to her parents, is the father of her children, David (Andy) Mylin and their 5 children: Kendra Mylin, Lewisberry, Bria married to Wesley Kopp, New Holland, Julia married to Cameron Killinger, New Holland, David Mylin, Maytown, and Hannah Mylin, New Holland, two grandchildren, Brinley and Brycen Kopp, and a brother Fred Wealand, Ephrata.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024, at 4 p.m. at Groff-High Funeral Home, 145 W. Main St., New Holland, with Pastor David Fulmer officiating.
