William L. Fink

William L. Fink, 94, a resident of Garen Spot Village, New Holland, PA, passed away at the home on Monday, April 22, 2024.

He was born in Prairie View, KS, March 31, 1930, to the late William J. and Augusta Dusin Fink.

Bill had worked as a fingerprint analyst for the FBI in Washington D.C., a power lineman for the city of Hastings, NE, and retired after 25 years as a houseparent at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. He was a member of the New Holland First Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon.

He was preceded in death by a daughter Jackie Marie Broughton, son-in-law Jimmie N. Broughton, brother Glenn E. Fink, sister LaVergne Fink Oelschlager, brother-in-law Lester W. Oelschlager.

He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Maryann Apenhorst Fink, who also resides at Garden Spot Village, his daughter Roxie L. Fink Jones, and son-in law Robert W. Jones, of Mascoutah, IL, nephews Dennis (Doris)Oelschlager of South Bend, NE, and Steven (Barb) Oelschlager, of Colombus, NE, and many more family and friends.

There will be no memorial service per his request. When you remember Bill, smile and rejoice! He is HOME with his Lord!
