William Stinger

Rev. William Stinger, 93, died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at Agape Rehab in Conway, SC. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Ryder Stinger. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, a retired United Methodist Minister and an active minister for 16 years. William is survived by his wife of 58 years, Eulala Truett Stinger; a sister Caroline Cummons and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, at St. Paul's U.M. Church, Terre Hill, with Rev. James Bamberger officiating with interment following in the Terre Hill Cemetery.
